I just called Chase to ask a few questions about a business checking account I want to open. I was told that ACH is by default turned off and the customer would have to request that service. I was under the impression that every account would have the ability to send/receive ACH by default. Is what I heard correct? I just want to make sure there wasn't any miscommunication that led to confusion.
