[Discussion] Wells Fargo Help: “We cannot verify your entry. Please try again.”

Last night, I signed up for a savings account at Wells Fargo. After it was approved, I then just wrote down the account and routing number, couldn’t have been no more than a few seconds, then when I returned to the tab to get online access for the account, it said session expired so I couldn’t do it then.

So I just kept trying to enroll on the website and it said it can’t locate my info basically. It said "We cannot verify your entry. Please try again."

I even tried again just a few minutes and it says the same thing.

Is it because the account is too new or is there a different issue?
