Hi, just found this subreddit and had some questions. I was an environmental consultant by trade until finding a position at a bank's environmental risk analysis department. So far I love the job but find myself lacking an understanding of general banking jargon and theory.
Are there any good resources (especially YouTube channels) to explain banking from a beginner to experienced level? I don't want to just be a subject matter expert and I'd rather have the opportunity to grow into other experiences within the banking structure in 5, 10, 20 years.
Does anyone have any insight into my specialization within the banking industry? It seems these positions are somewhat rare so it's difficult at times to find meaningful industry conversation outside of the Environmental Bankers Association.
