Hey idk if this is the right place to post this so sorry in advance. I’m 17 and opened up a student account with my mom recently. I start working soon so I wanted to have a bank account. I created the account and got the debit cards shipped to me. We tried making the online banking account so I could manage my money from home. It kept saying my pin or social was wrong. I know my social was correct so I thought maybe I just put in the wrong pin when signing up initially. I went to my local branch and they changed my pin and said they would send me a new card. Today I got an email saying my pin was officially changed and when I tried making the online account again it said the same thing. Idk what to do or how to go about this. I can’t do anything at an atm because I run into the same problem. I thought maybe it’s because the card isn’t activated but when I called to activate the card it said the pin was wrong which it wasn’t. I’m just wondering if anyone else had this issue or if anyone has some suggestions or solutions.
