So, I’m having a weird issue with my BoA app.
I can log on through the website, and I can log onto the app when I’m on LTE.
But when I try to login to the app on WiFi, I get an error message that won’t let me sign in. If I do get in, when I look at my accounts, it says account info not available.
Again, this only happens when I’m using WiFi on the app. I don’t experience this when using LTE on the app, or on their main website.
Is this an issue on my end? (I don’t think it is because my WiFi works fine with all other programs). Or is something wrong with the app?
