This is probably silly, but when I open new accounts I sometimes feel like I'm not thorough enough. And yet again sometimes I feel like I go into too much detail and it's overwhelming. I just want to strike a good balance and make the new account process simple and educational. I talk about overdrafts, debit cards, fees, and offer to help new members register their account online…I also stop periodically when I'm entering all the member's information in the computer and ask if they have any questions. So what is it people want to know? I am an over thinker (this here is an example) so I don't think my perspective is necessarily normal…haha.
