[Discussion] I HAVE A QUESTION BC IM PERPLEXED

i got an account that has a decent amount of money in it but my account is locked. i get a statement in the mail every month stating that i still have money in my account. when i call the customer service , they say i need to come in w a valid form of ID. but when i call the actual branch & not customer service , they don’t be knowing what to do… as in , when i tell them what the customer service rep says .. they act like they don’t even know what i’m talking abt
